The Urban Retreat

Custom Inground Pool

A timeless inground concrete pool created specifically for your available space. The design can incorporate custom depths, steps, sun shelves, benches and finishes so the pool feels like part of the property rather than an addition to it.

The Horizon

Infinity-Edge Pool

Water appears to disappear into the landscape as it flows over one or more carefully engineered edges. The Horizon is designed for properties where views, elevation and architecture can be used to create a striking resort-style effect.

The Glassline

Glass-Edge Pool

A frameless viewing panel can turn the water itself into an architectural feature. Use a full transparent edge or carefully positioned viewing window to introduce light, create drama and reveal the movement inside the pool.

The Contour

Pool for a Sloping Block

A slope does not have to be treated as a problem. With the right design and engineering, the pool can work with changing ground levels, create dramatic elevated views or form part of a retaining solution.

The Elevation

Raised or Out-of-Ground Pool

Where excavation, ground conditions or design intent make a conventional pool less suitable, an elevated concrete pool can become a striking architectural structure in its own right.

The Wildwater

Natural Freeform Pool

Soft curves, varied depths and organic lines allow the pool to respond to the landscape. The Wildwater is suited to homeowners who want a relaxed garden escape rather than a highly geometric architectural statement.

The Gallery

Indoor Pool

An indoor pool creates a private year-round environment for exercise, relaxation and entertaining. Humidity control, ventilation, heating, structure and integration with the building must all be considered from the beginning.

The Longline

Lap Pool

Designed around movement, proportion and rhythm, the Longline provides a dedicated space for swimming while creating a strong architectural axis through a narrow or elongated property.

The Sanctuary

Pool and Spa Combination

Combine active swimming with warm-water relaxation. The spa can be integrated into the pool structure, elevated as a feature or visually separated while sharing a coordinated material palette..

The Courtyard

Compact Concrete Pool

A limited backyard does not automatically rule out concrete. A compact pool can be designed as a plunge-style retreat, cooling space, spa-like escape or central courtyard feature without relying on a prefabricated shell.

The Revival

Concrete Pool Renovation

An ageing pool can often be transformed through structural repairs, reshaping, new surfaces, updated coping, modern equipment and a redesigned connection to the surrounding landscape.

The Landmark

Commercial Concrete Pool

For hotels, apartment developments, schools, wellness facilities, hospitality venues and other commercial environments requiring a carefully coordinated pool solution.

Why InfraPools Exists

Too many pool journeys begin with a price and only later discover the property’s complications.

We prefer to understand the land first.

Slope, access, soil, existing structures, underground services, easements and planning requirements can influence where a pool is positioned, how it is engineered, what equipment can reach it and what it ultimately costs.

By identifying these factors early, we can give you clearer choices and a more credible path forward.

CONCRETE ONLY

We specialise in the flexibility, strength and architectural potential of custom concrete pools

Designed Around the Site

The pool responds to the home, land, views, access and way you intend to use it.

Design and Engineering Coordination

InfraDesign helps coordinate concepts, drawings, structural requirements, planning inputs and third-party information.

A Clear Route to Construction

Tell Us About Your Property

Complete the guided estimate form with your suburb, preferred pool style, approximate size, site access, slope, budget, timing and any extras you are considering.

Photographs, house plans and site plans help us provide a more useful initial response.

Let Us Read the Land

For homeowners ready to proceed beyond an initial estimate, we arrange an on-site consultation.

We review:

  • Pool position
  • Approximate dimensions
  • Ground levels and slope
  • Excavator and concrete access
  • Existing structures
  • Visible services and utilities
  • Potential overlays or easements
  • Lifestyle and design priorities
  • Budget expectations
  • Next investigations required

*The $500 site-consultation fee is credited against the final InfraPools construction contract when you proceed, subject to the applicable offer terms.

Define What the Pool Must Achieve

We translate the consultation into a practical brief covering the intended users, visual direction, pool functions, preferred finishes, surrounding landscape, equipment expectations, budget and construction route.

Where required, we request surveys, house plans or supporting information from your architect, builder or other consultants.

Turn the Brief Into a Pool

InfraDesign develops the pool concept in relation to the property.

Depending on the agreed scope, this may include:

  • Basic two-dimensional plan
  • Pool dimensions and depths
  • Steps, benches and ledges
  • Relationship to the house
  • Preliminary material direction
  • Three-dimensional renders
  • Optional animated walkthrough
  • Daytime and evening visualisations

Make Decisions Before They Become Variations

The concept is presented for discussion and refinement.

This is the time to test alternative layouts, features and finishes—not after excavation has begun.

Prepare the Pool for Construction

Once the concept is approved, the required engineering, permit coordination, building-surveyor input and third-party documentation can be organised according to the project.

A detailed construction scope, schedule and final proposal can then be prepared.

CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AND PAYMENTS AGREED

At this stage, the pool construction contract is afoot and the relevant payments are applicable as per payment schedules.

*Please note that landscaping is excluded from the pool construction contract, however InfraPools can recommend landscapers we have worked with on other successful projects.

The approved pool position, dimensions and levels are marked on site by both land surveyor and excavator working together using the relevant plans and survey information.

This confirms where construction will occur before excavation begins.

The area is cleared and excavated to create the required shape and depth.

Machinery selection and duration depend heavily on access, soil, rock, disposal requirements and the complexity of the pool.

Steel reinforcement is installed to form the structural skeleton of the concrete shell.

The reinforcement arrangement is governed by the engineering requirements for the pool and site.

Required pipework, returns, suction lines, drainage provisions, lighting niches and other penetrations are installed before the shell is formed.

Mandatory inspections are coordinated where required.

.

Concrete is pneumatically applied around the reinforcement and shaped by specialist pool trades to create the structural pool shell.

This is the defining construction milestone covered by the InfraPools 45-Day Pool Shell offer where the project qualifies.

EXPLORE THE 45-DAY POOL SHELL OFFER

The concrete shell must be allowed to cure appropriately before later finishes proceed.

The shell is prepared for the selected internal finish, waterproofing approach and related works.

The selected internal finish, waterline tiles, coping and surrounding surfaces are installed according to the project scope.

This stage plays a major role in the final character of the pool.

Filtration, sanitation, pumps, heating, automation, lighting and other agreed equipment are installed and commissioned.

The equipment should work as one coordinated system rather than as unrelated components.

Required pool barriers must be installed and approved before the pool is placed into normal use.

The pool is cleaned, filled and chemically balanced, and the equipment is started and checked.

.

.

.

We explain the pool systems, basic operating requirements, maintenance expectations and the relevant documentation.

The objective is not simply to deliver water in a hole. It is to leave you confident about the pool you now own.

THE INFRAPOOLS 45-DAY OFFER

Get the Structural Pool Shell in Days—Not Endless Months

For qualifying projects, InfraPools offers an accelerated route from construction commencement to the completed concrete pool shell.

That means coordinating the critical early stages—set-out, excavation, reinforcement, internal plumbing, required shell inspections and concrete application—within a defined programme.

Once the shell has cured, you can proceed with finishes, coping, equipment, barriers, landscaping and handover under your selected project scope.
